Herbal Mix with Masterwort

HERBAL MIX WITH MASTERWORT FOR PEAR HONEY

Preparation:
Pit and cook 1 kg of pears until soft, then drain the compote and blend the pears into a puree. Warm approximately 8 tablespoons of honey (skim off any foam) and mix it with the pear puree. Add the prepared herbal mix and briefly cook again. Store in a sterile jar in the refrigerator.

Dosage:
• 1 level teaspoon in the morning on an empty stomach
• 2 level teaspoons after lunch
• 3 level teaspoons before bedtime
Hold in the mouth for a moment to warm slightly before swallowing.

Ingredients: Mountain Masterwort, Galangal, Licorice, Summer Savory.
