Refund and Returns Policy

If you receive a product that’s faulty or damaged, you can return it to us. However, please note that we can’t offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect orders. If you do need to return a faulty product, we’ll be happy to process a refund as long as you follow the steps outlined below.

If you discover a fault with your product, please let us know by email within 7 days of delivery. We’ll need your invoice number and a description of the issue with the product.

Ordering

When you place an order through our website, we reserve the right to accept or decline it for any reason. This might be because the product you want is out of stock, there’s an issue with your payment, or there’s an error with the product’s price or description. We also take steps to prevent fraud, so we may cancel an order if we suspect any suspicious activity.
